The Awards Ceremony

Travel and accommodation (from the nearest capital city) to attend the presentation was included for the individual category winners and one accompanying adult.
The ceremony featured performances by the professional artists, guest speakers in accordance with the yearly theme and live poetry recitals by the winners on stage.
Each of the winners and runners-up received a selection of books and a trophy as part of their prize.
Highly Commended and Commended entries are recognized with the certificate accompanied by a cover letter with details of a poem title and judges’ commentary.
Every student entering the competition will receive a Participation Certificate.
National Presentation Ceremony booklet featuring winning and runner up entries in a designer format, reports and commentary will be presented to all winners at the ceremony as well as sent to every participating school.
